Since I started my team at Under 8s (soon to be Under 12s next season) the Kennet Valley Tournament is the only Tournament that we have entered on an annual basis.
I usually enter 4 or 5 Tournaments each year and I like us to go to different ones however we always enjoy Kennet Valley's.
This years event was another fantastic Tournament (Saturday pm).
Unfortuantely the main Competition still eludes our grasp.
Last year we won the consolation plate and this year we were beaten finalists in the main competition on the goalden goal 2 players v 2 players scenario.
We went all day with out conceding a goal and then in the Final one of my players kicked the ball against his team mate and it trickled over the line, absolutely gutted, especially as we were the better side...!!!

Anyway there are several things that you do well:
Always very well organised;
The Elvian venue is great, much better than when you temporarily moved to Prospect school;
I like the fact that the pitches are roped off;
I like the fact that you provide the footballs and therefore I don't have to run around afterwards looking for the ball;
It is also helpful when the referee takes the match slip back after each game;
It is also nice for the boys to receive their trophies on the stage.

I cannot think of much else, apart from well done!

As usual a very good Tournament.

The weather was good, no problems with any of the others teams, look forward to seeing you next year
